Cloning Cannabis

Growing Clones

Growing Clones in the Vegetative Growth stage for mothers or for pre-flowering, requires the use of Metal Halide (MH) Grow Lights which produce the blue/white color spectrum plants need during the vegetative stage. Once your clones have rooted, its time to remove them for their clone machine or trays and transfer them into buckets with a growing medium, then placed in the vegetative growth stage using the proper chemicals and lights to make them grow big and healthy.

Transferring Clones to the Grow Stage

Now that your clones have rooted, they are ready to be transferred into the vegetative growth stage. This is very easy to do, and this video shows you how to do it quickly and efficiently.

Flowering Clones for Buds

Some strains of marijuana allow you to transfer them into the flowering stage once they have rooted to begin budding. By doing this you will end up with a smaller size plant, which is perfect for the sea of green method or if you are limited on space in your grow room. Growing clones this way is the same as any other way, you simply remove the clones from the clone machine and place into buckets directly into the flowering room.
