Watermelon Canna Truffles
These Watermelon Canna Truffles are on another level of greatness that I do not know how to describe with words. I prefer to eat these in the daytime, therefore I use a high-grade sativa-based cannabutter, as sativa is the “awake” kind, and Indica is the “sleepytime” kind. You can use whatever strain of cannabutter you choose, as they all end up tasting just like watermelon by the time you’re done making them, in just 30 minutes! Watermelon Canna Truffles are guaranteed to make many people smile!

Instructions
- 1 package White Cake Mix (15.25 ounces)
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 drops pink gel food color
- 1 teaspoon watermelon extract (optional)
- 2 packages Wilton Green Candy Melts (12 ounces each)
- Green White Chocolate Coating:
- Add candy melts to a large microwave safe bowl and melt for 30-40 seconds. Stir well and microwave for another 20 or 30 seconds, stir well with a spatula and if there is still chocolate that did not melt, microwave for another 15 seconds and stir well.
- Using a fork, dip each dough ball into the melted white chocolate and place on a prepared plate covered with wax or parchment paper.
- Place truffles in the fridge for at least 20 – 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating hardens.
- Store truffles in the fridge for up to 7-10 days.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you dont have 2 sticks, use whatever you do have and then use regular butter to make up the remaining amount needed to make 2 sticks. I personally like to do 1 stick of regular butter + 1 stick of cannabutter, as I found that to be the best ratio. Test them out until you find the perfect mix for you. Enjoy!

Thanks for the thoughts you write about through this web site. In addition, many young women who become pregnant usually do not even try and get medical insurance because they worry they won’t qualify. Although a lot of states now require that insurers produce coverage irrespective of the pre-existing conditions. Charges on these kinds of guaranteed programs are usually greater, but when with the high cost of health care bills it may be a new safer route to take to protect a person’s financial future.
