Wake and Bake Smoothie

Smoothies are great for those who need nutrition on the go. This smoothie is filled with sweetness and nutrients from fruits with added canna-oil for a ‘boost’.

Ingredients:

  • Banana (1)
  • Almond milk (1/ cup, unsweetened)
  • Chia seeds (1 teaspoon)
  • Frozen berries (1/2 cup)
  • Canna-coconut oil (1 tablespoon, melted)
  • Almonds (10, raw)

Directions:

1. Put all Ingredients: into a blender and blend to combine until smooth.
2. Serve as is or chill with ice before serving.
