Seed Germination is the process in which a plant emerges from a seed. Most Medical Marijuana seeds are purchased overseas from legit seed banks. Most growers choose to start their harvests from clones as they are much easier and cheaper to purchase and/or find. Whether choosing to grow your weed in soil or hydroponics, the process of seed germination and growth remains the same. You need to have a reliable source for cannabis seeds and you also need to know the proper way to do this.
Seed Germination for Medical Marijuana Plants
Most medical marijuana growers use the clone method of growing as it is just easier and very user friendly, whereas growing from seed is too unpredictable and takes too much time. The benefit from seed is you have the opportunity to see each plant progress and choose only the best seeds to be mother plants. The problem today is that most of the weed growers that choose the clone method have been given these plants from unreliable sources claiming them to know the genetics of that plant, when in actuality they don’t have a clue what it is. With this in mind, choosing to grow marijuana from seed will allow you to know your strains, like raising your own child from birth. You know the good and the bad of Seed Germination.
Seed Germination – ology
During germination moisture, heat, and air activate hormones (cytokinins, gibberellins, and auxins) within the durable outer coating of the seed. Cytokinins signal more cells to form and gibberellins to increase cell size. The embryo expands, nourished by a supply of stored food within the seed. Soon, the seed’s coating splits, a rootlet grows downward, and a sprout with seed leaves pushes upwards in search of light. A long and unpredictable process to growing medical marijuana is the process through seed germination.

Thank you for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbor were just preparing to do some research on this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more from this post. I am very glad to see such magnificent info being shared freely out there.
