Ingredients:
- Banana (1)
- Almond milk (1/ cup, unsweetened)
- Chia seeds (1 teaspoon)
- Frozen berries (1/2 cup)
- Canna-coconut oil (1 tablespoon, melted)
- Almonds (10, raw)
Directions:
1. Put all Ingredients: into a blender and blend to combine until smooth.
2. Serve as is or chill with ice before serving.
