Sometimes, it's about smoking weed with your loved ones then eating cannabis infused gingerbread cookies.
The Weed Scene Recipe
Baked Gingerbread Man Cookies
Timing and yield are approximate; actual results vary with equipment, ingredient temperature and portion size.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened cannabis butter
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease two cookie sheets.
- Mix cannabis butter, butter, a cup sugar, egg and brown sugar until combined.
- Mix in flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt until combined.
- Roll dough by hand into 1 inch balls.
- Coat with remaining sugar and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
- Bake 8 minutes.
- Allow cooling.
