GrowHealthy is looking for a part time Team Member (CSR). This Team Member (CSR) opportunity will be in the Stuart, Florida area and will be a long-term part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interactionRecognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassionMaintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactionsMulti-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they ariseCreate and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR)Keep current with company policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalentMust be at least 21 years of ageRecent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience requiredMust have reliable transportation2+ year customer serviceStrong customer service skillsMust possess a positive and professional attitudeAbility to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems
