The Supply Chain Coordinator Will

Responsibilities:
Enter material adjustment transactions in Great Plains (GP) system based on production and non-production use Enter bin-to-bin movements in GP system Perform cycle counts Organize material storage in central dispensary Maintain material reconciliation documentation Support daily inventory analysis/reporting using data from multiple sources (warehouse, production, inventory system, etc.) to anticipate and solve any inventory control issues Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to prepare and monitor KPI’s Support physical inventory variances and in researching/resolving any variances through reconciliation of transactions Develop and analyze reports (i.e., ABC analysis, usage history, etc.) to target efforts to maximize inventory efficiencies Assist the Supply Chain / Procurement team in developing and monitoring budget cost related to inventory and stock items Provide reports or electronic spreadsheets as requested related to inventory accountability, accuracy, costing, and optimum leveling Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications
2+ years of relevant work experience Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Knowledgeable of all Safety regulations and requirements for the storage and movement of Hazardous materials Working knowledge of Great Plains and/or ERP Systems Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Solid analytical and mathematical skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized
