Provides executive support to the CEO of Colorado’s first state licensed Marijuana Research and Development facility.  Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: •      Manage and coordinate executive’s calendar and scheduling. May assist others on the management team. Answer phones, welcome guests, maintain visitor log. Prepare correspondence, review and sort paper and electronic mail, identify/take required action where appropriate. Maintain confidentiality, scanning classified documents into Sharepoint.•      Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls, conference logistics across various time zones. Handle routine and nonroutine logistics (e.g. contact meeting participants and coordinate responses, compose meeting materials and follow-up correspondence). Follow up on action items and report status to attendees. Provide detailed agendas and support for executive attending trade shows and conferences. •      Bookkeeping / Accounting maintained through Quick Books.•      Track and order all supplies.•      Anticipate travel needs of executive(s) and independently coordinate travel arrangements, typically involving multiple changes and destinations based on the understanding of executive’s availability and obligations. Support with travel documentation and procedures (itineraries, visa/passport, CLEAR, TSA-PRE, etc.). Skills and Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented, self-directed individual who has supported a C-level executive for 3+ years, and has a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a dynamic work environment. In addition, a qualified candidate will work well with all levels of executives, management and staff, both internally and externally while remaining sensitive to confidential matters. Please Note: A relevant degree, training, or experience will also be given consideration, but must be combined with a minimum of 2 years of executive support. Required Skills:
