3/ 4 cup cannabutter
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 1/ 2 cups sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/ 2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup halved dried sour cherries
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Cherry Brownies Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9×13 inch glass baking dish with butter and flour.
Over low heat, melt cannabutter and unsweetened chocolate in a heavy saucepan, and stir until it is smooth.
Remove from the heat, then mix in sugar, then eggs one at a time, then add the egg yolk.
Add vanilla and almond extracts, flour, and cinnamon, and then stir until blended.
Add cherries and chocolate chips.
Add the batter to the pan and then bake brownies for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool, then serve.
