THE BERRY GLASS / BEETS & COCONUT WATER
A berry blend with beet depth.
The fruit and coconut water bring the color and liquid; almonds, yogurt and protein powder give the smoothie body. Start with the listed amounts before adjusting the texture.
Canna-Berry-Beet Smoothie
The recipe lists seeds and a small handful of fresh cannabis leaves, not a measured standardized infusion. No serving count or verified THC strength is given.

KITCHEN NOTES
Blend for texture, then adjust.
- Let the blender finish the almonds
- Blend until the nuts and fruit are fully dispersed rather than stopping at the first change in color. Stop the machine before scraping its sides.
- Honey and ice are optional
- Taste before adding the listed 2 teaspoons honey. Ice makes the mixture colder and can change its thickness; no extra sweetener is required.
- Fresh leaves do not define a dose
- A handful is not a standardized THC input. Seeds, fresh leaves and a prepared infusion are different ingredients; do not enter a guessed potency into the calculator.
Know what is in the glass.
Wash fresh produce, use food-quality ingredients, and serve the smoothie fresh. Refrigerate any remainder promptly in a clearly labeled covered container. The recipe cannot establish intoxicating strength from its leaf quantity.
Keep cannabis food labeled and locked away from children and pets. Effects can take hours; avoid taking more while waiting.
