CBD American Shaman of PA approaches all customers with a stance of Information, Education and Promotion first. As a specialty Hemp Wellness boutique, it becomes our responsibility to provide the public with the information and education about the Cannabis industry and Cannabis derived products specifically.
Position
CBD American Shaman of PA is seeking individuals who are independent workers with high standards for customer service. These individuals should possess an interest in helping provide information on alternative options for symptom control for consumers who are searching for healthier, non-pharmaceutical choices.
Candidates should be able to help create a comfortable and accepting environment for customers, be able to communicate effectively and have a willingness to listen without preconceived conclusions.
Hours
This is a part-time position, with hours in the evening and weekend. All part-time Wellness Advocates work a block schedule.We offer 7 days on / 7 days off, from 3pm-7pm, Monday through Wednesday. Thursday and Friday, 3pm – 8pm. Saturday 10am – 7/8pm (depending on the season) and Sunday from 11am – 5pm.

Pay
Advocates are paid $12/hr for the first full week of training, Monday-Friday, 10-3After training, Advocates are paid $12/hr with 3% commission, with commission being paid on a bi-weekly basis.
After 30 days, Advocates are paid commission on a sliding scale, 3-5% based on their average sales ticket.
Profit Sharing
After the 90 days, the Advocate is eligible for profit sharing. Profit sharing is based on the performance of the Advocate and the company as a whole.
