For more information, please visit our website: www.medicinemantechnologies.com.  Senior Director, Integration   Position Objective: The Senior Director of Integration is responsible for directing the strategic planning and management of integration project teams for Medicine Man Technologies’ acquisitions, providing leadership and mentoring to project management staff, overseeing and coordinating the integration work plans across multiple geographies and ensuring that integration activities are complete within assigned time frames. This role reports to the Chief Information and Integration Officer with direct support to the Corporate Development team.  The ideal candidate for this will have experience working on complex projects (e.g. M&A Transactions) under tight timeframes. The candidate must be able to team with multiple stakeholders across geographic and cultural borders in order to drive projects to a successful completion. An operational mindset combined with strategic thinking, flexibility and executive presence are critical qualifications for this role. Seeking a candidate that holds self and others accountable for ensuring that results are achieved on time.   Essential Functions: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure alignment between M&A Corporate Development and integration teams on key deal terms to ensure feasibility of integration Develop the operating model and playbook for partnering with cross-functional teams to develop, organize, and communicate integration plans to appropriate parties, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition Develop Work Breakdown Schedule including activities/tasks, responsible parties, milestones and schedule for integration projects to address all aspects of the standard integration and technology implementation life cycle including design, procurement, installation, build/configure, test, train, go-live and close Provide operational and technological solutions by analyzing system-wide impacts, understand feasibility, constraints, existing capabilities, internal and external resources.  Outline key operation and technological initiatives, stakeholders, dependencies, level of effort of various solution options, and design repeatable processes and documentation to deliver end-to-end enterprise-wide requirements, training, and supporting materials  Track progress and ensures cross-functional teams strictly adhere to agreed-upon project plans and timelines Implement best practices for presenting integration updates, risks and opportunities to senior executive leadership, and escalating issues for quick resolution when needed  Manage budgets and expenditures and ensure alignment to overall integration budgets. Finalize and execute identified synergies plans and/or revise as needed  Drive standardization by ensuring a consistent automation approach and reusability of components across different teams, initiatives, and/or timelines  Facilitate routine project team meetings to establish and continually manage project requirements and expectations with team members and other stakeholders Provide oversight and guidance to process owners, execution teams, and IT through automation implementation and execution  Knowledge and Other Required Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is a flexible, detail-oriented, self-directed individual who has experience in implementing M&A Transactions, and has a demonstrated ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
