In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team! Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for gathering all details for new mold or tool development projects.
Coordinate all stages of the mold development processes; determine viability of new projects with Procurement, Operations, and Sales Maintain accurate records on each project to allow for tracking and summarizing of data via tools such as MS One Note, MS Project Determine potential sources for custom projects; negotiate pricing Review technical drawings for accuracy and approve first article parts Communicate and maintain mold billing records, purchase order reconciliation, and supplier invoices. Visit suppliers to review mold progress, conduct factory evaluations, attend customer meetings, attend product start ups Ensure all tooling documentation is approved and submitted prior to issuing PO’s Fulfill employee portion of the “Berlin Values”.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Strong business acumen Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems Communication skills including effective negotiation skills Strong MS Excel skills Proactive problem solving skills including techniques that identify and resolve root cause issues A strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
Work is performed in an office environment.
