NCIA is a non-profit trade organization that represents nearly 2,000 member-businesses and tens-of-thousands of cannabis professionals, leading the charge to protect legal cannabis businesses, defend our state laws, and advance federal policy reforms. The Office Manager will provide support for NCIA’s operations by creating and maintaining effective office systems and providing direct support for individual departments and staff in Denver, CO and Washington, D.C. The position will report to NCIA’s COO and be based in Denver. Some Responsibilities Include: ● Manage all aspects of the physical office space in Denver, including equipment, supplies and office security. ● Manage vendors, suppliers, landlord, office cleaning, and other key relationships. ● Provide basic training and support for technical issues including set-up computers for staff, troubleshooting hardware/software issues and internet connectivity; orient staff to new or updated technical tools and resources. ● Provide HR support to the COO for staff onboarding and benefits administration. ● Provide clerical and administrative support (i.e. data entry, meeting management and scheduling, printing, etc.) across multiple departments as requested (i.e. finance/bookkeeping, marketing, sales support, executive support). We are a member-based trade organization whose existence depends on the ability to attract and maintain member and business relations. The Office Manager is a critical point of contact for our organization, so we expect exemplary interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for at least 2 years experience as an Office Manager to help us establish or enhance office processes and efficiencies. One must be proficient in Google Apps, as well as Microsoft Suite; experience in Quickbooks and Salesforce would be a plus. The team will benefit from someone that is collaborative, can identify needs and step up to assist. Industry knowledge will also be a plus. In exchange, we will offer $40,000- 50,000 per year, and provide 100% medical, dental and vision, STD, unlimited vacation/sick, FSA, retirement plans available w/i 30 days with 3% matching funds, dog friendly environment and an opportunity to be part of the newest emerging industry in the business world today.
