Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Assist in the manufacture and packaging of cannabis products utilizing advanced equipment and techniques Responsible for weighing, assembling, and packaging/labeling of various products and components according to Evolab standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Produce reliable, precise data and record in Evolab data management system. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Evolab processes and standard operating procedures. Support Quality Managers by collecting and preparing samples. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Safely operate, clean and maintain production equipment including distillation systems, pumps, and rotary evaporators according to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs). Participate in commissioning new equipment. Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools, and working surfaces. Calibrate common laboratory instruments and equipment as required. Adhere to safe chemical handling and disposal procedures as defined by SOPs and material safety data sheets (MSDS). Ensure the safety of themselves and others by maintaining a safe and orderly lab environment. Uphold Evolab quality, teamwork, and professional objectives in all job aspects. Setup, adjust, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to meet specifications and quality standards. Continuously monitor the quality of all materials associated with filling, packaging, and labeling in order to minimize waste or rework. Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and tools daily. Maintain accurate records of production activities. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced team environment to meet production targets. Understand and apply knowledge of basic mathematics, weights, and measurements. Assist in other production activities as needed

Requirements/Qualifications
2+ years experience in manufacturing High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations Current Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Occupational Badge (Support or Key). Familiarity with the U.S. and Metric Systems of measurements Ability to use and understand production and inventory control software and standard office software such as spreadsheets, e-mail and word processors Outstanding communication ability Attention to detail Must be able to occasionally lift or push items weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and perform repetitive motions for long periods of time Willing to work in a hot/cold/wet environment with loud machinery, fumes and moving vehicles Must remain in compliance will all local, state, federal, or internal policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must consent to and successfully pass a background check. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal. Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Must be willing to work all shifts and weekends as needed. The above requirements describe the general nature and level of work only.
