Evolution Bureau is hiring for our production department. We’re looking for integrated producers with 3-7 years of experience with a strong “figure it out” vibe. On our team, you’ll get to produce all kinds of projects: video shoots of all sizes, digital, social, and mobile advertising, photo shoots, outdoor, IoT, sites, TV, etc. You’ll work on brands like Panda Express, Bed Bath & Beyond, Mezzetta, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Meyer Cookware, Wild Earth (pet food), plus a host of plant-based food and cannabis brands. You don’t need experience on every medium, just a strong approach on how to get things made and a strong desire to get it done. Curious, resourceful people tend to do well here. Core Competencies Knowledge of and exposure to agency structure Eager to lead in a fast-paced environment Self-starter Proven creative problem solving skills Knowledge and experience in various production models Essential Duties/Responsibilities Project planning (goals, budget, schedule, and scope) Maintain a strong working relationship with internal teams and external partners/vendors Basic understanding of talent usage/rights used on web Maintain to-do lists and assist in making specific project requirements happen Manage job through completion, reconcile budgets and close out elements in storage Job Requirements Must have 3-7 years of experience Has a creative, solutions-driven mentality Experience juggling multiple projects, even if not specifically in Interactive advertising Strong written and oral skills Project documentation samples are requested (SOW and Project Plan) Character Traits Driven to take on projects on his/her own Willing to communicate, not afraid to ask for help Doggedly persistent & unwilling to take shortcuts Calm under pressure Heavily interested in the evolution of the Internet Bonus points Award show quality portfolio Strong background on project management theory including Agile
