QR Code Link to This Postn n n Breckenridge Organic Therapy is seeking a Dispensary Manager to join our expanding team in our Breckenridge location. This is a full time, 40 hour per week, position. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for overall management of the dispensary. This includes responsibility for the full operations of the dispensary (opening and closing, cash handling, compliance, inventory, etc.), as well as staff management, scheduling, and creating a sales/marketing plan to drive results. The Dispensary Manager is our company leader, sales driver, employee mentor and compliance champion — our expectations are high, and only top notch talent should apply.n n Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:n – Oversight of all store opening and closing procedures.n – Oversight of cash handling procedures, accuracy, and reconciliations.n – Compliance is our top priority. Ensure employees attend required iComply trainings. Stay current and informed on all compliance related matters.n – Inventory management. Ensure the accuracy of orders, and accurate reporting in METRC, MJ Freeway.n – Staff management — hiring, training, scheduling, leading, motivating, and performance management of staff in partnership with Human Resources.n – Exceptional customer service. Top notch vendor relations.n – Merchandising, operations, marketing, and execution of store and company standards.n – Networking and relationship building within the community.n – Responsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses.n – Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all staff and customers.n – Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.n – Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality products, cash handling and store safety and security.n – Having integrity, honesty and knowledge of our product.n – Staying current on industry-specific laws and proposed legislature.n n REQUIREMENTSn – Must be 21 years of age or oldern – Must have or be able to obtain a Valid State Issued MED Key Badge (If you do not currently have a badge you must have an appointment to obtain one to be considered.)n – The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience in a retail setting. A minimum of 2 years is required.n – Experience with METRC, MJ Freeway, and Microsoft products.n – Previous experience in the MMJ Industry strongly preferred. n n DESIRED SKILLSn – Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, environmentn – Able to perform difficult and detail oriented tasks proficiently ensuring compliance with operating procedures.n – Accurately complete tasks in a timely mannern – Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management n – Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.n – Maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating at a high standard.n n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSn – Able to lift at least 50 pounds. n – Able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours per day.n n SALARYn – Competitive industry salary DOEn n TO APPLY: Please reply with resume and cover letter, including salary requirements, to be considered for the position.
