Brooksource is hiring a Desktop Technician for a Fortune 100 Client in the Healthcare Industry within the Technical Services Group. As a Desktop Technician, you will be responsible for provisioning, installing/configuring, and maintenance of laptop/desktop software and related infrastructure. This team will be troubleshooting basic/intermediate network issues and should have multi-domain experience.     REQUIRED: Windows 10 imaging, deployment and support Imaging of PC’s via SCCM Over the phone customer service experience Tier I & II troubleshooting of MS Office, PC’s, and Printers 2 years of IT Service Desk experience End User Computing (EUC) Hardware and software deployment in a Microsoft environment Break fix Documentation Excellent verbal and written skills Professionalism and timely Someone who likes learning new technologies, self-starter, script and automate things themselves, etc. Strong communication skills and experience working with end users in person and troubleshooting remotely
Experience supporting Enterprise IT Environment Working at Buckeye dispensary- basic operational support and remote ticket support for other buildings and end users in Arizona Production line environment- server issues, network issues, wireless issues for handheld devices providing inputs into operations, coding issues for app issues Mainly working on business side of needs- configuring workstations, printer maintenance (toner replacement, etc), basic deployments that don’t necessarily involve high end troubleshooting
