We are one of the eight licensed medical marijuana dispensaries for the State of Hawaii.
We are implementing our completely vertical model and are actively looking for a VERY experienced Master Grower / Chief Cultivator who would like to move to Hawaii and be a part of one of few licensed Hawaii State companies. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in CANNABIS cultivation, which must include a significant amount of experience managing a commercial production facility or greenhouse as a master grower.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Significant commercial grow experience as a Master Grower
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse
- Advanced knowledge of the cannabis plant and genetics.
- Must have accountability, be a team player behavior and have strong attention to detail.
- Must have previous management experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You have no felony convictions.
- You have managed people.
- You are trustworthy and hard working.
- You want to move Hawaii.
- You can show your ability to grow A+ grade cannabis on an over 100 light grow.
