Position Summary

This position operates under the direction of the Processing Manager and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Company’s flower packaging operation including; general trimming labor, weighing, labeling packaging.

Core Job Responsibilities
Trimming whole cannabis flower. Responsible for reaching a high-volume trimming goal, Dexterous hand movements with trimming tools. Weighing / Packing / Staging cannabis products.
Job Skills And Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Willing to work additional hours, as necessary, and Holidays. Must be able to follow instructions unsupervised. Ability to concentrate on each task. The ability to understand and communicate information is essential. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., trimming weighing, packaging). Plant knowledge helpful but not necessary. High School Diploma/GED. Must be 21 years of age. Flexibility to work varying hours & days of the week including potential 10-12 hour shift duration’s.
Physical Requirements
Agile fingers able to perform dexterous tasks. Ability to do tedious tasks for lengthy periods of time. Weighing cannabis – Knowledge of common sold increments and accurately scaling out flower. Good dexterity for labeling and packing. Hand and eye coordination.
