This position is located inour Headquarters building in Lacey, WA.The Secretary Senior position reports and serves as a Secretary Senior coordinating logistic for the Cannabis Task Force, performing higher-level secretarial duties, specifically: working with the lead task force chemist to provide support such as coordinating meeting dates, facility reservations, and agendas, coordinating with scientists and policy makers outside of the agency, gathering documentation to be used in the development of a cannabis laboratory accreditation program, serving as a liaison between the task force and the communications team coordination, and assisting the task force lead as needed.We are looking for applicants who want to use their strong communication skills and problem solving skills to support EAP.
