MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS For Consideration Are
High School diploma or equivalent English language proficiency (read, speak and write) Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results). Additional requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Preferred experience in affordable housing programs including but not limited to: LIHTC, HUD programs (Project Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA), USDA-Rural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds and Bonds.
