Encore Labs is looking for an inside sales rep/account manager who ideally worked in the cannabis industry or similar environment. Candidate will work with new and existing accounts to sell testing packages from R&D testing (pesticide, potency, heavy metals, etc.) to California Compliance testing to ensure products are safely tested prior to sale to dispensaries.
Encore Labs is an exciting start-up ISO 17025 laboratory that has a license granted by the city & State. We are looking for self-starters and leaders who are willing to work with us on the ground up in this new industry to explore unchartered territories in the science analytical field. We are looking for contributors and team players willing to break into the forefront with us in this once in a lifetime opportunity and new industry.
General DutiesAssist in cold-calling new accounts for testing ordersCreate quotes/invoices for new accountsAttend shows/conventions/networking events in the cannabis industry to provide company brand presence and establish industry relationshipsVisit and drive to client locations to collect cannabis samples back to laboratory as well as foster client relationsCreate & foster positive relationship with clients for re-ordersCollect payments from clients via cash or credit card
QualificationsCold-Calling & Telemarketing SkillsValid Driver’s License and InsuranceMust be 21+ years of ageMust have good working condition vehicle & clean driving recordCompleted 2 years of college courseworkExcellent communication skillsAttention to detailStrong work ethic & Competitive naturePrior experience in Cannabis Industry a plus
