Garden of the Gods Club and Resort is looking for a Spa Director to manager the day to day operations of the Spa.
Essential Functions
Performs scheduling reviews and additions for technical staffWorks closely with Sales to establish and maintain relationships for group bookingsMaintains inventory both retail and professionalResearches, develops, recommends, and implements department products, programs, services, policies, and procedures.Manages purchasing and receiving of Spa products, equipment, etc.Has direct interface with guests to receive feedback and implement new systemsTrains new front desk personnel and wellness attendantsOversees cleanliness of treatment rooms, retail area and dispensary for professional productsAdvance knowledge of entire property to conduct site tours
Requirements
Requires advanced knowledge of principles and practices within a professional field or recognized body of formal knowledge.May develop new policies and procedures.This position requires a minimum formal education of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job related experience equivalentBenefits available for full time, year round positions.
