January 2016 Cannabis Clinicians Colorado Meeting Featured Speaker: Dr Laura Borgelt, PharmD Associate Dean, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (CU AMC) Departments of Clinical Pharmacy and Family Medicine Join us Tuesday, January 19th as Dr Laura Borgelt gives us the science on cannabis and pregnancy. Dr Borgelt is an expert on the pharmacology and pharmcokinteics of cannabis. She has researched and published many papers on cannabis properties in relation to patient safety and medical use of cannabis and its effects on family dynamics. She is a member of many academic societies, has served on numerous CDPHE working committees on marijuana and is a distinguished lecturer. Meeting starts at 6:30pm with a light meal sponsored by Enigami Systems. At 7pm we move into the education room for Dr Borgelt’s presentation. CME credits will be available for all medical professional members.
