Peanut Butter Cup Cannabis Cookies

Ingredients

½ Cup – Cannabutter, Softened
1 ¾ Cup – All Purpose Flour
½ tsp – Salt
1 tsp – Baking Soda
½ Cup – White Sugar
½ Cup – Creamy Peanut Butter
½ Cup – Brown Sugar
1 – Egg
1 tsp – Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp – Milk
40- Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Unwrapped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350*. Spray a Mini Muffin Pan with Nonstick Spray
- With an electric stand mixer, mix everything except Flour and Reese’s until combined. Add Flour and mix until combined
- Form into 40 individual and evenly sized balls and place each ball into its own cup in the Mini Muffin Pan
- Bake 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes, take out of oven and quickly press 1 Reese’s into each cookie
- Let cool
- Prep Time: 15 mins
