Shake-N-Bake Granola

There’s nothing better than waking up to a bowl of homemade granola. If that granola happens to be infused with one of the most impactful herbs known to man, well, I guess that kinda trumps everything. Granola can seem like a massive undertaking, but it’s incredibly easy after you do it just once. We promise… You’ve got this in the bag.

INGREDIENTS

– 3 Cups Oats
– 1 Cup Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil
– ½ Cup Honey
– ½ Cup Cashews
– ½ Cup Walnuts
– ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
SUBSTITUTIONS
– GF: Use GF Oats
– Vegan: Sub Agave for Honey
– Less Stoney: ½ C Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil and ½ C Coconut Oil
OPTIONAL
– Add ¼ cup dried fruit

METHOD

Preheat oven to 325˚.
Chop walnuts and cashews to desired size, or leave them big and chunky.
Combine all ingredients. Mix.
Spread in a layer on a greased cookie sheet.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Bake until golden.
