In this role, you'll serve as a trusted HR resource, partnering with operational leaders to support employee relations, performance management, engagement, compliance, workforce planning, and HR operations.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional looking to deepen their business partnership skills while gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives, leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and multi-site operations.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support</li> <li>Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns</li> <li>Support performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and talent development initiatives</li> <li>Champion employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs</li> <li>Facilitate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR systems support</li> <li>Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations teams on employee support matters</li> <li>Support leave administration, accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes</li> <li>Analyze workforce data and identify trends related to turnover, attendance, engagement, and staffing</li> <li>Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and support business needs</li> <li>Assist with organizational changes, workforce planning, and HR projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, or HR generalist functions</li> <li>Experience conducting workplace investigations and fact-finding</li> <li>Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws</li> <li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Even Better If:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li>SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward HR certification</li> <li>Experience supporting multi-site operations</li> <li>Knowledge of leave administration, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes</li> <li>Experience in cannabis, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries</li> <li>Exposure to unionized environments or labor relations is a plus</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Curaleaf Pay Transparency</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$70,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$94,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
