This is a full time, hourly position with great benefits. We are happy to provide paid, on the job training for the right individuals, but you will need to have a valid FA card already.

Seeking reliable, motivated, positive team members who are excited about joining the cannabis industry.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Production Associate position performs all tasks involved in the trimming of cannabis flower.&nbsp; The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.</p> <p><strong>NOTE: This position is a temp to hire role.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for trimming cannabis flower.</p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, and repetitive movements.</p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participation in counting of physical inventory as needed.</p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain safe and clean work environment.</p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain equipment in good working condition.</p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Meet established goals as designated by the Production Lead and/or Production Manager.</p> <p>●&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Other duties as assigned.</p> <h3><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></h3> <div> <div class="IiQJ2c">1-2 years of prior dry trim experience preferred, but not necessary.

For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday</div> </div> <div> <div class="IiQJ2c">Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length</div> </div> <div> <div class="IiQJ2c">Must be able to adapt to fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy</div> </div> <div> <div class="IiQJ2c">&nbsp;</div> </div> <ul> <li>Previous Cannabis Experience <em>or</em> 1-2 years of Production Experience in Distro preferred</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Active FA(Facility Agent) license/card</strong></li> <li> <div>Must be 21+ years of age</div> </li> <li>Able to work between the operating hours of 6:00am - 3:00pm Monday through Friday with some overtime and weekend work, as needed</li> <li>Proven background of being dependable and punctual</li> <li> <div>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain focused while being adaptable in an ever-changing business environment</div> </li> <li> <div>Possess strong time management and organizational skills</div> </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Requires normal hearing range</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Compensation</strong></h3> <p>The hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is: $16.75.
