The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of managing cross-functional tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Must be extremely hands-on self-starter who is able to work independently and should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in a large public company, a division of a large public company and/or public accounting firms.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with international accounting team to ensure consolidated group financials are accurate and complete.</li> <li>Review and provide analysis on foreign currency impact.</li> <li>Review global consolidated quarterly and annual footnotes and financial statements, overseeing preparation and review of disclosure support.</li> <li>Assist with external and internal audit requests, including quarterly reviews and annual audits.</li> <li>Develop and document business processes and accounting policies for company-wide standardization.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, both GAAP and IFRS accounting.</li> <li>Review and process complex technical accounting transactions.</li> <li>Assist in facilitating seamless integration and onboarding of acquired businesses and their accounting functions.</li> <li>Lead accounting projects and ad hoc requests.</li> <li>Travel Requirements: 10%</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <p>This position directly supervises the work activities of others and is accountable for the management of others, through a subordinate supervisor, concerning selection, recommending termination, performance appraisal, and professional development.</p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></span></p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
