Clementine Ginger THC Spritz

Ingredients & directions

Clementine Ginger THC Spritz

Ingredients

Equipment Use a citrus press, a small strainer, a jigger, and a chilled tumbler. Read the beverage product’s mixing directions before measuring.

Directions

  1. Clementines and a lime being juiced beside a small strainer

    Squeeze the citrus

Squeeze the clementines and lime. Strain out the seeds and excess pulp so the spritz stays easy to pour.

  2. Clementine and lime juice measured into a glass over ice

    Build the cold base

Fill the chilled glass with ice. Measure in 2 fluid ounces of clementine juice and ½ fluid ounce of lime juice.

  3. Cold clear ginger beer poured into orange citrus juice over ice

    Add the ginger fizz

Pour in 3 fluid ounces of cold alcohol-free ginger beer. Give the glass a gentle stir to combine without losing too much carbonation.

  4. A sparkling clementine spritz with citrus and candied ginger garnish

    Measure and garnish

If using THC, measure a beverage-compatible product into this glass following the label and stir gently. Mark the glass, then garnish with clementine and candied ginger.

Storage Mix to order. Keep any infused glass labeled and secured. Refrigerate leftover plain citrus juice in a covered container.

Kitchen notes

Keep the spritz bright and fizzy

What if the clementines are very sweet?

Taste the plain citrus before adding ginger beer. A little more fresh lime will bring back the tart edge.

Can I mix a pitcher ahead?

Chill the plain citrus and ginger beer separately. Combine them over ice just before serving and measure any THC by the glass.

Use the product label

Estimate THC in a portion

Measure the THC product that goes into this glass. Use the same unit for the label amount and the amount used.

Enter the label values and the amount you used.

The result estimates the THC added to that portion from the product label. Keep infused portions labeled and secured.
