This person must be able to travel / work events, which may occur on evenings and/or weekends. Expected travel = 15-20%.  <h2>The Role </h2> As a member of the Brand Equity & Activation Team, the Social Media Manager, RYTHM & RYTHM Beverage will develop and execute the social content strategy and production for our RYTHM and RYTHM Beverage brands, with hands-on content creation at the center of the role.

This is a maker’s seat: you’ll shoot, edit, and publish the content that builds these brands, from lo-fi reactive video to polished event capture. You’ll work collaboratively with events & experiences, creative, retail marketing, sales, compliance, brand, and external partners to craft authentic moments of connection for our audience.  We’re seeking an innovative, creative social media expert who lives social both inside and outside of work.

(Don’t be shy, show us that screen time!) You have a deep understanding of the voice, tone, and style that resonate across Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube and you produce your own content masterfully.
