You'd be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term performance of a cannabis production facility — overseeing processing, packaging, maintenance, quality, and logistics — with direct accountability for safety, compliance, efficiency, and the people doing the work. You'll spend real time on the plant floor, partner with the General Manager on budgeting and analytics, and lead a multilevel team through the complexity and pace of a rapidly evolving operation.</p> <p>This isn't a role for someone looking to manage a steady state. Our facilities are growing, our markets are shifting, and no two weeks look the same.
