with the goal of becoming the largest and most influential cannabis distribution network globally.</p> <p><strong>The Role<br></strong>Hands-on fulfillment role responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, staging, and loading orders while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and operational standards.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently</li> <li>Verify, stage, and prepare completed orders for dispatch</li> <li>Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight</li> <li>Receive and organize incoming product</li> <li>Assist with product intake, labeling, printing, and required METRC/dispatch documentation</li> <li>Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate product locations</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with warehouse and delivery teams to meet daily deadlines</li> </ul> <div><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></div> <ul> <li>1–3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, 3PL, or similar experience</li> <li>Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Able to repeatedly stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, lift, and move product throughout the shift</li> <li>Experience with scanners, WMS, or warehouse equipment preferred</li> <li>Reliable, accountable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented</li> <li>Able to work independently while following established processes and priorities</li> <li>Coachable and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approach</li> <li>Cannabis experience is a plus, but not required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience</li> <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist</li> <li>Must be comfortable using ladders and loading/unloading from top shelves</li> <li>Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts</li> <li>Basic math skills</li> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age or older</li> <li>Exceptional customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent judgment and work ethic</li> <li>Professionalism, patience, and process-driven approach</li> <li>Adaptability, low-ego and high attention to detail</li> <li>Can-do attitude and team player</li> <li>Professional appearance</li> <li>Tech savviness</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay starting at <strong>$20</strong>&nbsp;per hour, paid<span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;weekly.</span></li> <li>You'll work at the fastest growing cannabis startup&nbsp;</li> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision offered to all full-time employees.</li> <li>Well-rounded co-workers and teammates that are all striving towards the same goal.
