So I have 6 sour desiel clones that have adapted well to my norcal conditions. I also have several seedlings that are doing well too. I just found my ebb n flow setup and I need to do it outside. It’s a hydrofarm mega garden with a 7.5 reservoir,15 5*5 plastic pots, 24 Rockwell cubes and hydroton (which I lost?) But I’d like to use larger pots and less plants. I heard all perlite would work well with small rocks at the bottom of the pot and a screen to go between the medium and rocks. I’m in the east bay of Cali and would love to hear ur recommendations on what size pot, how many, what strain/s, and if changing the system like that would work? I’ve got my medicinal card and have about 6′ of growing room. Hope you can help! Thank you for your time, Todd Sorry, no pics
with a room that size, i would use a sea of green method keeping the plants short and bushy. I would say to grow 3 plants in veg and 3 in bloom at all times. then only use 3 sites on your hydro system with larger buckets.
As far as growing mediums, i would recommend using rockwool cubes to clone and grow in veg, then add that to larger bucket along with hydroton rocks and you should be good to go!
