EC – Electrical Conductivity in Water

Chemicals

EC or Electrical Conductivity happens when impurities are added to pure distilled water in the form of fertilizer salts. The solids found in tap water conduct electricity which require a simple water analysis to determine what the Nutrient (salt) concentrations are. These tests are easiest done using EC, TDS, DS, CF, PPM and EC Meters.
