Ingredients
1 cup of Cannabis butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch or two of salt
Step 1
Place the cannabis butter in a large bowl and beat it until it is very light and fluffy.
Step 2
Once fluffy add sugar, a quarter cup at a time, continuing to vigorously beat the mix.
Step 3
Beat in the large egg and the vanilla flavouring.
Step 4
In a separate small bowl mix together the baking powder, flour, and the pinch of salt.
Step 5
Gradually beat the flour mix into the large bowl until completely mixed together.
Step 6
Divide the finished dough mixture into two halfs, wrap each half in cling film / plastic wrap, and then refrigerate overnight.
Step 7
Roll each half with a rolling pin on a floured surface, the dough should have a thickness of about ? of an inch.
Step 8
Use a cookie cutter, any shape that you want, and then place the dough shapes onto a prepared cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, remove them from the oven when they look golden brown.
